Botswana

Mel Albers has worked in the Safari Industry in Botswana since 1999. Born in Zimbabwe, and having spent her childhood in and around the National Parks in Natal, South Africa – her love of the bush grew from there. She currently lives in Maun, Botswana and is passionate about the Tourism Industry, Eco Tourism and the impact that these two have on Botswana and Southern Africa.

Mel has spent her years in Botswana learning every aspect of the Safari Industry – from the very first stages of the logistics side (purchase, supply and delivery) to the flight scheduling and then on to reservations.
